a personal-ai startup in san francisco asked for something they could put on youtube and feel smart about, so i made them a presenter who does not exist. his voice was built in elevenlabs and his calm i wrote line by line, and then i let him walk through a greenhouse that is also a museum, explaining why the person you'll be in ten years is a stranger you keep underestimating. everything that grows in the frame — the flowers coming up through the gallery floor, the trees pushing out of the walls, the rooms that turn into memories and then into branches of a future — is what inner work would look like if you could film it. three minutes fifty, entirely generated, meant to be watched the way you'd listen to a friend explain something across a kitchen table.
